洛阳国际馨翼教育中心创始人自闭症儿童家长张红女士，先后获得：国家人力资源和社会保障部中国职业技能鉴定中心认证国家二级心理咨询师；国际馨翼儿童教育协会、国家人力资源和社会保障部中国就业技术培训指导中心双认证高级自闭症疗育师、高级感觉统合训练师；国家人力资源和社会保障部中国就业技术培训指导中心认证高级语言训练师、高级园长；全国专业人才储备工作委员会认证高级心理沙盘游戏咨询师。从事特殊儿童教育工作八年，具有丰富的一线教学和师资培训经验， 中国精神残疾人及亲友协会“领航家长”。

      Ms. Hong Zhang, founder of LuoYangXinYi ECSC, is a grandparent of special children herself. Ms. Zhang is senior trainer who certificated by Employment Training Guidance Center of National Human Resources and Social Security Department of China(??) and International Xinyi Children Education Association. Ms. Zhang  is also an advanced trainer for the " feel integrative training system" (感通?), and engaging in the special children education for eight years, with in-deep experience in teaching and teacher training(?). Ms. Zhang has won honorary title of "Pilot Parents" of Association for Mental Disabled People and Friends of China.
